  Azukimé is a low chair, made of riveted bent aluminum sheets manufactured in France. It is an evolution from our Azuki wooden chair designed a couple of years ago, also housing a storage under the seat. This latest iteration delivers a different seating experience that is more relaxed, offering a generous width with unusual proportions in a painted aluminium finish that creates an intriguing presence at home.First introduced during "Contemporains", a group show at A1043 gallery in Paris, exhibiting contemporary French industrial design practices, March—April 2026.

  APLAT table lamps redefined for HAY. After a three years cycle of collaboration with HAY’s team, refining the original idea into an industrialised product without losing the project essence or concept. It remains a lightweight lamp made from folded paper, delivered flat and assembled by the user.The construction is straightforward, a flat sheet is shaped through a small number of precise folds, we wanted to shape the object from a two-dimensional surface, a bit like a piece of clothing that starts with a flat piece of fabric but forms a volume once assembled or worn. The process is visible and easy to understand, the user can feel the product while assembling it, revealing the craft and process behind it.Folds and creases provide both structure and form, and its simple construction, paired with a discreet metal hook and rhombus-shaped base, makes it lightweight and easy to move to wherever light is needed. Its name, taken from the French word for ‘flat’, reflects the transformation of a two dimensional object with precise angles that shape it into a simple, graphic form. Available in two sizes, the Aplat Table Lamp uses a replaceable standard LED bulb, with an inline on-off rocker switch, and can be placed on tables, shelves, and windowsills, while the large size also works comfortably on the floor.

  A straightforward object, as direct as its shape, as its function, as its fabrication and as its installation. Api is a coat hook to install on the wall, with a soft and tactile form it invites the user to carefully hang its belonging. The shape of the hook is welcoming to the eye and to the hand, it also says a lot about how it is made. A turned piece of wood designed with curves, like an organic part of the house, it creates a natural discreet presence. Api comes as it is, wood parts and screw, nothing else, the shape is designed to hide the screw head once installed with a small additional dowel that hides the mount as well as providing a secondary hooking function.   –
  Trame lamps for Karimoku New Standard. A series of paper lamps made of solid wood and Japanese washi that expresses simplicity with a contemporary outlook on traditional japanese paper lantern aesthetic. The lamps feature a shade made from delicate, translucent washi paper that diffuses light softly, creating a warm and ambient glow. The paper shade is designed to slide onto a lightweight wooden frame, which serves as the lamp’s structural support. The frame itself is crafted from thin strips of wood, offering a clean and sharp contrast to the softness of the paper. The components fit together intuitively without the need for screws or tools, embodying a balance of craftsmanship and convenience. The use of natural materials emphasizes the knowhow of Karimoku in wood manufacturing. The subtle visibility of the frame through the washi shade adds a discreet detail, gently enhancing the lamp’s sense of presence in the room.

  Azuki is a chair made from wood planks that also houses storage. Imagined for our solo show in Tokyo at Licht gallery, Azuki is a nod to ramen bars seatings which are often accompanied with a basket, offering a place to put the things we carry. The chair is made of red pine wood, produced by Licht gallery and crafted in Japan.

  CPRV solo show at Licht gallery in Tokyo. An installation of some of our recent work, including the full collection of KGT Wall Units designed for UTIL, the studio’s workshop made paper sculptures and the Azuki chair specially designed for this exhibition. Licht gallery presents our projects through their medium — metal, paper, wood — exploring our sensibility to materials and hopefully manifesting the rational use of it as well as communicating the pure and intelligent exploration of the role of products in our daily lives.The layout was inspired by American Minimalism as the gallery owner mentioned to us "Carl Andre is a favorite artist and his artistry is based on repetition of the same material. Donald Judd repeats the material itself in a fixed project size.   –
  Aso is an oil burner and incense holder inspired by traditional religious and meditational objects. As we spend more time at home nowadays, Aso can provide a diffuse moment of wellness through aroma therapy for a calming atmosphere. Aso is made from cast iron sourced from recycled car brakes, a material transformed from its molten state into its final shape by a local foundry. The visual language of the object makes a connection with nature and also its manufacturing method, a textured metal form with a subtle crater shaped aperture where smoke and heat come from. Presented during 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, Aso was imagined in the context of the modernist Korshagehus, a house designed by Erik Korshagen in 1960 and the genesis of the exhibition "A Calm Place" curated by Sebastien El Idrissi and Sara Decampos. This object with its simple shape and intentionally raw material finish will feel at ease in the informal interior of the Korshagehus as well as contemporary places.

  –
  Presented during 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, the Unité .CPH daybed was imagined in the context of the Korshagehus, a house designed by Erik Korshagen in 1960 and the genesis of the exhibition “A Calm Place” curated by Sebastien El Idrissi and Sara Decampos.
  This special version of Unité is a unique piece, with design details that take references from the framed bed of the Korshagehus. Two slats defining the perimeter of the daybed with a curved profile, a slight allusion to the single beds of the house. It can be paired with versatile soft mats designed in collaboration with Azur and made in France from organic fibers. They can be arranged in various configurations such as cushions, headrests, armrests or backrests. We thought the Unité daybed as an open platform for softness, leaving it to users to play and shape their resting space with as many mats and configurations as they wish.

  –
  Paraluz is an experiment, a table lamp that was presented during "Plamo Y Medio", a group show curated by Max Enrich, at Nave Seis in Barcelona, May 2024. Paraluz is a lamp made from a tube of anodised aluminium and a suspended piece of technical fabric. The floating shade is formed with the help of two hands, by pulling two tabs sewn onto the fabric it creates a volume from a flat surface. The fabric is rigid enough to keep a static shape, also tear resistant to stand the test of time.The weave of the fabric creates a warm and diffused light with a very specific glow, the wrinkled aspect of its surface reminds us of paper, bringing some warmth to the interior atmosphere.

  We imagined the KGT Wall Unit as a flexible assembly of elements where KGT storage box becomes drawer; a single drawer shelf unit can change to a 6 drawers cabinet; vertical orientation can turn into horizontal. An unusual design thinking comes into place, where the small dictates the whole. Starting from one element, KGT which was originally designed as a single container, to create a system of blocs, wall mounted drawers and shelves units. Elements can be interchanged, added or moved to offer some level of flexibility and choice. An intended gap left between each drawer offers visual lightness and highlight each of the KGT installed, a reminder that the storage box can still be removed from the unit and used on its own.
